Promoting Loxa: A Guide for Retailers

We're delighted you're offering Loxa product protection to your customers. This guide explains how you can promote Loxa and what you need to do before any marketing goes live.

⚠️ All marketing must be approved before use

Loxa is a regulated insurance product. Any material that promotes Loxa is a financial promotion (FinProm) and must be reviewed and approved by us before it is published or distributed. This is a regulatory requirement and applies to all retailers without exception.

📋 What counts as a financial promotion?

If your marketing mentions Loxa cover, protection, or insurance or encourages customers to take out a policy, it's a financial promotion. This includes:

📱 Social media posts (organic and paid)
📧 Email campaigns and newsletters
🖨️ Printed materials such as leaflets, posters, and shelf signage
🏪 In-store displays, banners, and point-of-sale materials
💻 Website copy, banners, and landing pages

📬 How to submit marketing for approval

The process is simple. Submit your materials using our form and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Step 1️⃣ — Prepare your material. This can be a draft, design file, copy text, or a description of what you plan to use.

Step 2️⃣ — Submit it using the button below. Fill in the details about your campaign, channel, and planned dates.

Step 3️⃣ — We'll aim to review and respond within 24 hours. We'll approve it, request a change, or explain if something can't go ahead.

Step 4️⃣ — Once approved, you're good to go. Do not publish or distribute anything before you receive written confirmation. ✋

⚖️ A reminder on compliance

Publishing a financial promotion without approval is a breach of FCA regulations and your retailer agreement with Loxa. If you're unsure whether something needs approval, please ask, it's always better to check first.
